My story

As an AI Strategy and Transformation consultant based in Sydney, I partner with enterprises to adopt agentic and AI experiences in ways that are meaningful, trusted, and measurable.

With two decades at the intersection of data, strategy, product, and technology, my passion is helping organisations cut through complexity and unlock transformation that sticks.

7 months, Digital & Data Workstream Lead

I led the digital, data, and systems stream of a major Australian Government transformation program, unifying 11 service models into a compliant, human-centred digital operating model. By embedding AI-ready workflows, data concepts, and governance guardrails into the solution from the outset, we created a trusted ecosystem where service providers and executives could operate seamlessly, while laying the foundation for safe and scalable AI adoption.

Embedded compliance, auditability, and legal integrity into workflows and data flows from the outset.

Aligned executives and 11 service providers creating cross-functional accountability and shared success criteria.

Anchored the system design in experience strategy to ensure adoption aligned with cultural and human realities.

I led the design and delivery of an AI Accelerator program for a major national media organisation, embedding generative AI into its digital archive platform. The program modernised archival workflows, connected fragmented systems, and enabled new forms of content discovery. By co-designing with archivists, technologists, and executives, we built a human-centred AI adoption strategy and created tools that unlock metadata at scale while protecting editorial integrity and trust.

Delivered the AI metadata transformation initiative, integrating LLMs into archival workflows to enrich and validate metadata.

Built QA checks and human validation workflows to catch errors early and ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance.

Designed AI adoption strategy, aligning executives, archivists, and engineers around shared success metrics.

Partnered with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled tools, gaining efficiency in search, retrieval, and content repurposing.

Compliance and trust aren’t add-ons; they’re built into the workflows, data models, and systems from the start. Effective governance is making it usable, adoptable, and safe at scale.

03. Clarity beats complexity.

Technology often adds layers of confusion. My work is about cutting through noise and giving teams a clear, trusted path forward.
